    1. I know! But sometimes it is easy to forget just how many calories we consume. I used MyFitnessPal for a while and that helps you realise exactly what you're eating in comparison to activity.

  2. Truly a very nice looking infographic! I really like it. Easter Day is almost near and I think to prepare a nice Easter egg this visual image ideas will be very effective.
